What can I donate?
While we always appreciate your generosity, due to government regulations and safety, there are certain items we are unfortunately unable to accept.
Free Collections
To request a free home collection, please call our Customer Care team on 13 SALVOS (13 72 58). Bookings should be scheduled up to 3-4 weeks in advance.
Salvos Stores
Please only donate goods during store opening hours. Some stores can accept donations on Sundays, and some smaller stores cannot accept larger items such as furniture and white goods.
