Full Circle Rewards is the in-store loyalty program creating Change for Tomorrow. By signing up to our Full Circle Rewards program you'll earn a point for every dollar you spend. This point is equal to 5c credit towards your next shop.

Points accumulate each time you shop in-store & can be redeemed at on any in-store purchase, at any time. For example, if you spend $100, you’ll earn 100 points, which will give you $5 to spend at Salvos Stores. In our circle it pays to shop, and as a bonus by shopping with us you will also be doing your part for the environment & for Aussies doing it tough.

If you are an existing Club Card member (NT/SA/TAS/VIC/WA) you don’t need to do anything as you will be automatically signed up to Full Circle Rewards. Your points balance as at 17 June 2024 will be transferred across to your new account and you can once again begin earning points on your purchases.

If you have previously used one of our paper-based loyalty cards (ACT/QLD/NSW) then you will need to sign up to Full Circle Rewards either in-store or online.

By shopping in-store at any Salvos Stores location within Australia. For every dollar you spend in- store, you'll earn a point, equal to 5c credit towards your next shop. Points can be earned on any purchases of donated product within our stores. Points cannot be earned the purchase of gift cards, new product or on monetary donations such as for Red Shield Appeal. We are looking at other ways in which points can be redeemed when interacting with us so keep an eye out for future updates.

You can sign up to Full Circle Rewards at any Salvos Stores location nationally. Membership to the Rewards Program is free. You may register to be a member of the Rewards Program if you are aged 16 years or over and have a current Australian residential address.

To join our circle, you will need to provide your full name, phone number and a personal email address, and agree to our terms and conditions.

If you have not signed up with a cardless account and have had your card lost/stolen & cannot provide us with the barcode found on the reverse of your lost/stolen card then you will need to be signed up on a new account noting that points cannot be transferred.

If you need your current card replaced due to wear & tear, simply bring it into your nearest Salvos Stores & we will provide you with a new card and points will be transferred across.

You can check your current points balance at any Salvos Stores location within Australia or by contacting us at salvosstores.com.au or on 13 SALVOS (13 72 58). We may periodically send you a rewards credit summary using the contact details you have provided. We may also make your rewards credit balance available to you in other ways (for example, on a receipt for an in-store purchase).

Points will only expire if you do not earn or redeem any points/rewards credit on your account for a period of 12 consecutive months, in which case your points/rewards credit will automatically expire and we may also terminate your membership and close your account without notice to you.

The purchase of new items, gift cards and donations made to Red Shield Appeal in-store do not constitute a qualifying purchase for the purpose of the Rewards Program.

Yes, you can earn points when you pay using a gift card.

Yes. If you return an item, those reward points are taken off the balance. If the points have been redeemed on another purchase before the return was made, your points balance will go into the negative.
