Calling all Tassie friends! Do you love a preloved bargain? Do you have some preloved clothing of your own taking up space in your wardrobe? Do you enjoy supporting a good cause? Boy, have we got a deal for you!

This September Salvos Stores are running a 'Donate for a Discount' offer exclusively in our Tasmanian stores. Throughout this month anyone who donates to a Salvos in Tasmania will receive a 20% off discount voucher which can be used in store or online! This means that you can send your preloved pieces off to a new home and secure even greater savings on your next Salvos haul in one go! Win win, right?

Beyond nabbing yourself a great deal and making a dent in this year's Spring cleaning, there is even more to feel good about when you 'Donate for a Discount' this month. Our Tassie stores have seen a bit of a decline in donations lately, so by dropping off your quality donations to your local Salvos you will be helping them do what they do best - keeping preloved items in circulation and raising funds to do good in Aussie communities!

At the moment our Tasmanian stores are most in need of donations of preloved clothing but, says regional manager Leigh Murphy, they will "gladly accept donations of accessories, homewares or any other quality items that are in need of a new home." Everyone who participates in 'Donate for a Discount' will be helping to "make a positive difference in the lives of those in need", says Leigh!

As always, at Salvos Stores we are endlessly grateful to everyone who is generous enough to donate to our stores. We couldn't keep 40 million preloved items in circulation each year or fund The Salvation Army's frontline work - which has helped over 1 million Aussies in the past year - without your support!

To take advantage of the 'Donate for a Discount' offer all you need to do is drop your quality donations in to one of our 19 Salvos Stores across Tasmania by the 30th of September.
