Condition:
The first page is a colour page that has separated from its gluing but has no damage.
The next page/ introductory page has been torn and separated.
Only a few other pages have issues, the most obvious being tears and rips.
The cover has corner damages, a torn piece at the spine and seems to have been laminated with swails present it from aging.
+ The spine has not been severed from the pages nor completely from the cover.
The first 2 pages have the most damage as well as number 6.
Some other pages may have minor condition issues but from what I have seen the rest of the pages are fine with no tears, rips, rust, burns, water damage, writings, graffiti advanced yellowing, book worms, holes or missing pages.
The inside cover has 4 writings on it 3 of them in grey lead pencil.
